We believe in simplicity and clarity in all that we do and this extends to our pricing.

All our pricing is based on a per-user license. Just tell us the number of users to whom you would like to give access to the system (we can help you configure their security rights and roles) and we will charge you on a monthly basis for each user account. Simple!

If you ever need to add or remove users accounts or even cancel the service, we make that very easy too as we recognise the nature of projects is that new ones start as existing ones complete, sometimes unexpectedly, which is why we do not tie you in to long-term charges for projects that are no longer running. We do not charge a retention fee so you only pay for the projects you use each month, providing quick scalability and tight control of your costs.
